Detailed :

Responsibilities:

• Handle complex designing and drafting assignments under minimal supervision.
• Prepare assembly and detail drawings on the basis of the information and instruction provided.
• Create shop drawings and drawing review for the preparation of FLS (Fire and Life Safety)
• Create As-Built drawings and design drawings in Fire alarm system, Emergency lights, and Fire Protection System in compliance with UAE Building, and NFPA codes for Civil Defence approval.
• Mapping, Creating and Conducting field survey for ERP (Escape & Rescue Plan) to verify locations of firefighting equipment.
• Assisting with Building inspections, when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture
• Well versed with REVIT Architectural features and its tools, preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD software 2D & 3D

Experience: 2-4 years' experience in UAE

Requirements:

• Applicants, with previous work experience in UAE, who are on a visit visa or cancelled visa are preferred for this role.
• Applicants with UAE light vehicle Driving Licence preferred due to the work nature.
• Immediately available to join.

Monthly salary:

• 6,000 AED - 7,500 AED (total salary), depending on qualifications, and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
