We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Civil Draftsman specializing in Fitout projects to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in translating design concepts into accurate technical drawings and ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed CAD drawings for civil and interior fitout projects, including layouts, elevations, and sections.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings align with project specifications.
• Modify and revise drawings as necessary based on project requirements and feedback.
• Conduct site visits to verify measurements and ensure the accuracy of designs.
• Maintain and organize project documentation and drawing archives.
• Adhere to industry standards, codes, and safety regulations in all drawings and designs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Diploma or certification in Civil Drafting, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in drafting for fitout or interior projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
• Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of 3D modeling software such as AUTOCAD or Revit is a plus.
• Experience working on commercial, retail, or residential fitouts.
