We are currently seeking CIVIL DRAFTSMAN ENGINEER who has extensive experience in drafting to join our team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE.

As a
Civil Draftsman Engineer
you will be responsible for creating and maintaining accurate technical drawings, coordinating with engineers and architects, and ensuring that all designs comply with relevant regulations. The role requires proficiency in industry-standard drafting software and a keen eye for detail to support construction projects efficiently.
Please note that the role is based in our office headquarters at Umm Al Quwain. Previous experience in the construction industry will be an advantage to you.
Responsibilities:
Prepare all necessary technical drawings with precision and accuracy for civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems as per project specifications.
Collaborate or communicate with engineers and architects to incorporate project details into drawings and to make sure to coordinate other disciplines (mechanical, electrical) to integrate designs and prevent conflicts.
Review and modify existing drawings based on updates or changes from project stakeholders.
Revise drawings as needed to accommodate project updates and feedback and identify potential design issues to the team for resolution.
Provide technical support to project teams during construction to resolve any drawing-related issues.
Assist in preparing project documentation, including specifications, reports, and construction details.
Maintain an organized filing system for drawings and related documents to ensure easy retrieval.
Conduct site visits when required to gather data or verify designs.
Ensure final drawings comply with building regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
5 years as an AutoCAD Draftsman of experience in Civil, preferably in MEP or construction in the UAE or GCC.
Proven capability to effectively manage and excel under time-sensitive and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Strong understanding of technical drawings, engineering principles, and construction practices.
Excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
Ability to interpret architectural and engineering blueprints.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.
