We are seeking a skilled Civil Draftsman to join our team, bringing expertise in creating detailed technical drawings for civil engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting for high-rise buildings , with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in CAD software. This role requires a meticulous approach to design, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed drawings and layouts for civil engineering projects, including plans, sections, elevations, and details, using AutoCAD and other drafting software.
• Collaborate with civil engineers and project teams to understand project requirements, specifications, and design concepts, translating them into technical drawings.
• Ensure that all drawings comply with company standards, client specifications, and regulatory codes.
• Revise drawings based on project changes, feedback from engineers, and updates to project requirements.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of all project drawings and related documentation.
• Conduct field visits as necessary to gather data, verify dimensions, and ensure the accuracy of drafted plans.
• Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion, incorporating field changes and final project details.
• Coordinate with other draftsmen and team members to streamline workflow and meet project deadlines.
• Review and check the accuracy of drawings before submitting them for review or approval.
• Stay updated on industry standards, best practices in civil drafting, and advancements in drafting technologies.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a civil draftsman, preferably with experience in high-rise building .
