Responsibilities:
  • Organize, schedule, and coordinate meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Provide administrative support to managers and executives.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments within the organization.
  • Track project timelines and ensure completion of tasks within deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, files, and records.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Manage budgets and expenses.
  • Maintain databases and information systems.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Relevant work experience, preferably in a coordination role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Technical proficiency with office software (Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Adaptability to change and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
