Job Description

Position: Civil Construction Manager Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE Salary Range: AED 20,000/- to AED 30,000/- per month Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering Experience: Minimum of 10 years of site experience in high-rise building construction, residential/luxury villas, or hotels. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements. Coordinate and supervise site workers and subcontractors, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve any construction-related issues. Prepare and present progress reports, financial reports, and updates to senior management and clients. Review and approve project plans, designs, and blueprints, ensuring feasibility and adherence to regulations. Manage project resources effectively, including materials, equipment, and labor. Implement and enforce project management best practices and methodologies to ensure successful project delivery. Address any unexpected issues or delays promptly, adjusting plans and schedules as necessary. Skills and Competencies: Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents. Proficient in construction project management software. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Requirements: Must be currently living and working in Abu Dhabi. Demonstrated ability to manage complex construction projects successfully. Proven track record of completing projects on time and within budget.
