Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Civil Construction Manager

with a strong background in managing large-scale civil construction projects, specifically for primary substations (33/11kV or 132/11kV). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of

15 years of experience

in civil construction, with proven leadership skills and the ability to oversee the entire construction process from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the civil construction aspects of substation projects (33/11kV or 132/11kV), ensuring quality and adherence to safety standards. Oversee project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet timelines and project goals. Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure construction meets design specifications and technical requirements. Monitor on-site activities and provide guidance to construction teams to ensure all work aligns with industry standards and regulations. Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring optimal performance and risk management. Ensure the successful delivery of the project, while maintaining quality and safety compliance throughout. Liaise with clients and stakeholders to provide regular project updates and resolve any issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications and Experience:

Minimum

15 years of experience

in civil construction, with a focus on primary substations (33/11kV or 132/11kV). Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects, including resource planning, budgeting, and contractor management. Strong knowledge of relevant safety standards and construction codes. Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and tools is a plus.
