We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Construction Engineer to join our team in the Oil and Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience and a strong background in managing and overseeing construction projects within this industry. Responsible for the implementation of construction work, specializing in civil foundations, excavation, road crossing duct banks, cable trenches, etc. This role requires a thorough understanding of construction methodologies, project management, and engineering principles specific to Oil and Gas operations.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Project Management: Lead and manage civil construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Site Supervision: Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure compliance with engineering designs, specifications, and safety standards.
Resource Allocation: Coordinate the allocation of materials, equipment, and labour to ensure efficient project execution.
Quality Assurance: Implement and enforce quality control procedures to maintain high standards of construction work.
Health and Safety: Promote and enforce a strong health and safety culture on-site, ensuring all activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates and address any issues or concerns promptly.
Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and construction teams.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, technical specifications, and as-built drawings.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical and operational issues that may arise during construction.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and best practices.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in civil engineering or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in civil construction (cable trenches, duct bank, foundations, Building construction and modifications work) within the Oil and Gas sector in the EPC background. ADNOC experience preferred.
Knowledge: In-depth understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and legal regulations specific to the Oil and Gas industry.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to successful project completion.
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to identify issues, analyze problems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel to project sites and work in challenging environments as needed.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
