Job Title: Cinema Staff Member

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our cinema team. As a Cinema Staff Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining cleanliness in the theater. Your role will involve assisting customers, handling ticket sales, preparing concessions, and ensuring a pleasant movie-going experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Operate the ticketing system, sell tickets, and handle cash/card transactions. Prepare and serve food and beverages at the concession stand. Ensure the cleanliness of auditoriums, lobbies, and restrooms. Monitor screenings to enforce theater policies and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist with promotional events and marketing activities. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues efficiently. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment. Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic math skills for handling transactions. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (e.g., lifting concession items). Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus. Passion for movies and the entertainment industry is desirable.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
