Position: CHRM (Certified Human Resources Manager) & CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) Trainers
Location: Abu Dhabi

• Deliver high-quality training sessions for CHRM and CHRP certification programs.
• Develop and update course materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
• Assess and evaluate the progress of trainees, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in Human Resources Management.
• Foster an engaging and inclusive learning atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Certified CHRM or CHRP with relevant experience.
• Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in HR management.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, laws, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Additional certifications in HR or adult education.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the UAE.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
