Job Description

As a Chocolate Chef, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality chocolate products that meet our company's standards of excellence. Your role will involve working during the night shifts and adapt to changing production schedules to met and the quality of our chocolate remains consistently high.

Key Responsibilities:

• Chocolate Production: Prepare and produce a variety of chocolate products including truffles, bars, pralines, and other confections according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Recipe Development: Collaborate with the development team to create and refine chocolate recipes and formulations.
• Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of chocolate production, including taste, texture, and appearance.
• Equipment Management: Operate and maintain chocolate production equipment, ensuring all machines are clean and functioning correctly.
• Inventory Management: Manage chocolate ingredients and supplies, ensuring that inventory levels are adequate and orders are placed in a timely manner.
• Sanitation and Safety: Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues related to the chocolate production process to minimize downtime and maintain production efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of production goals.
• Qualifications:
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in chocolate manufacturing or a related field, with a proven track record of producing high-quality chocolate products.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of chocolate production processes, ingredients, and techniques. Ability to work with precision and attention to detail.
• Education: Relevant culinary or food production qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexibility: Ability to work night shifts and adapt to changing production schedules.
• Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Ajman, UAE.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
