The Role
• Identify and develop new business accounts to expand market share. - Achieve sales and margin targets by promoting and selling telecom and IT products and services, including IPLC, MPLS VPN, IP Transit, data centers, and IT integrated solutions, in Dubai and regions assigned. - Collaborate closely with senior internal staff and external parties to coordinate all necessary components for initiating, managing, and closing sales projects, while adhering to established sales policies, practices, and procedures. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with service providers and resource partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. - Analyze sales data, conduct market research, and prepare proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. - Foster and maintain strong relationships with client decision-makers, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term partnerships. - Participate in the development of new products and services to meet client demands, ensuring that offerings remain up-to-date and adhere to high standards of service. - Take full responsibility for all relevant issues within the Account Manager Function, whether as a generalist or within specific disciplines. - Propose and implement processes for client outreach and sales strategy optimization. - Meet all performance targets set by the line manager, providing weekly reports on progress and achievements.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field. - At least 3 years of experience in selling comprehensive telecommunications or IT solutions. - Language proficiency: Fluent in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written); proficiency in Arabic is an advantage. - Strong sales experience and project management skills, ideally focused on enterprise business within the IT and telecom sectors. - In-depth knowledge of IT and telecom products and services. - Extensive knowledge of the telecom market and established customer resources are preferred. - Familiarity with local culture and business practices, providing an advantage in navigating the regional market. - Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills, able to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. - Strategic thinker with strong logical reasoning, self-motivated, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
