The Role

As part of our expansion, we are seeking a Chinese-speaking professional to join our dynamic team in a dual role that blends translation, business communication, and recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for a fluent Mandarin speaker who is looking to step into the recruitment industry, gain business exposure, and develop a rewarding career in talent acquisition. No prior recruitment experience is required--comprehensive training will be provided. Key Responsibilities - Translation & Communication: Act as a key liaison between Chinese-speaking candidates/clients and our recruitment team, ensuring seamless communication in both Mandarin and English. - Candidate Sourcing & Screening: Identify, attract, and assess high-caliber professionals for roles across various industries. - Market Research: Understand hiring trends, industry developments, and client needs to proactively source top talent. - Business Development: Engage with Chinese-speaking companies expanding into the UAE, offering recruitment solutions to support their growth. - Interview Coordination: Arrange and manage interviews, providing guidance to both candidates and hiring managers. - Negotiation & Offer Management: Assist in salary negotiations and contract discussions to facilitate successful placements.



Requirements

Fluent in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. - A proactive, self-motivated individual with a keen interest in recruitment, HR, or business development. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. - Prior experience in recruitment, Construction, HR, or sales is a plus but not required--full training will be provided.
