Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing Corporate Clients with a focus on building new business
Keep the pipeline in the CRM up to date and provide regular reports on new vs existing business, opportunity status, timely processing of inquiries, timely collection of client receivables
Be outbound in your sales reach using all tools available to ensure that potential and current clients are visited and contacted regularly in person, online (Zoom) and by other available channels and means (phone, mailers, marketing initiatives).
Grow the database of clients by identifying new opportunities and identifying needs that can be translated into a proposal
Identify Corporate Client\'s needs and provide input into the development of new products and services
Monitor progress regularly to ensure targets are met and take corrective action as required
Prepare invoice requests ensuring correct costing and pricing is used and follow up to ensure payments are made prior to course commencement
Competencies:
Able to initiate contact and establish new relationships and identify key decision-makers on the client-side
Able to identify needs and translate those into value proposition through Eton\'s portfolio of training solutions
Able to liaise, negotiate and mediate with a wide range of clients to obtain the desired goals for Eton Institute
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including marketing and sales skills
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 4 years\' experience in a sales/account management role(preferably from training and education industry)
Experience in corporate education and/or dealing with the government sectorin UAE would be considered a plus
Must be adept in use of MS Office Suite, and ideally ERP, CRM or a similar database to a basic level, Internet and email
Able to understand and work a basic P&L
Relevant degree in Business or another higher education discipline from a reputable institution
