Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Human Resources (Chinese) to join our team in Dubai. The Human Resources Manager (Chinese) will play a crucial role in supporting our human resources department in various administrative tasks, employee relations, recruitment, and other HR functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Coordinate recruitment efforts by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Conduct new employee orientations and assist in the onboarding process.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, attendance, and performance evaluations.
Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contracts, offer letters, and HR reports.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process by collecting feedback, conducting evaluations, and assisting in goal-setting.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employees\' skills and knowledge.
Assist in identifying training needs and developing training materials.
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Assist in conducting HR audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:
Must Required an Chinese National
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
1+ years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the UAE or GCC region.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Proficient in HRIS software and MS Office applications.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
