Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, ensuring high quality and consistency. Specialize in making momos, including various fillings and styles. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and work areas. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly followed. Assist in inventory management and order supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service. Innovate and suggest new dishes or improvements to the menu.
