We are a catering company based out here in Dubai and we are looking for a experienced and passionate Chinese Chef to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Chinese cuisine, with a focus on authenticity and creativity. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality Chinese dishes, ensuring that the flavors and presentation meet our company's Standards

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts. Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes served. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to all food safety and hygiene standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new recipes and menu items. Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen operates smoothly. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff as necessary. Ensure that all dishes are prepared in a timely manner, meeting the expectations of our guests.

Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Chinese cook in a reputable restaurant in UAE or Home Country. In-depth knowledge of Chinese culinary techniques and ingredients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food. Good communication skills . Age limit-22-35 Candidates from Kolkata ,Nepal, Mumbai Male Candidates
