We are looking for an experienced and qualified Chinese Chef to organize the kitchen's activities. You will be responsible in the facilities wok section and will create and inspect dishes before they arrive at the customers ensuring high quality and contentment under supervision of the Head Chef
You will be responsible for your section in the restaurant and catering services when it comes to all things related in the kitchen, especially sushi.
Responsibilities
Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities
Construct menus with your Head Chef of new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings
Approve and "polish" dishes before they reach the customer
Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages
Arrange for repairs when necessary
Remedy any problems or defects
Follow exisiting guidlines when it comes to preparing and delivering final dishes
Oversee the work of your area
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED2,400.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
