Job Summary:

We are looking for a

skilled Chiller Pipe Fitter

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in

installing, assembling, and repairing chilled water piping systems

for HVAC and industrial applications. The role requires experience with

copper, steel, and PVC piping

, as well as proficiency in reading

blueprints and technical drawings

.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, assemble, and repair

chilled water piping systems

for HVAC applications. Measure, cut, thread, and weld pipes according to

specifications and safety standards

. Work with

various pipe materials

, including

copper, steel, PVC, and PPR

. Install and secure

valves, fittings, and supports

for chiller piping systems. Read and interpret

blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings

for proper system installation. Perform pressure tests to

identify leaks and ensure system integrity

. Assist in the installation of

chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and heat exchangers

. Ensure

proper insulation

of pipes to maintain system efficiency and prevent condensation. Adhere to

safety regulations and company policies

while working on-site. Collaborate with HVAC technicians, engineers, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow.

Requirements:

Proven experience

as a Pipe Fitter, preferably in

chilled water piping systems

. Strong knowledge of

piping layouts, isometric drawings, and HVAC piping components

. Experience with

brazing, welding, threading, and grooved pipe fittings

. Ability to use

pipe bending, cutting, and welding tools

effectively. Understanding of

hydraulic principles, refrigerant piping, and thermal insulation

. Ability to work

independently and in a team environment

.

Physical stamina

to perform lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces. HVAC or plumbing

certifications

are a plus.
