Key Responsibilities: Child Supervision: Monitor and supervise children to ensure their safety at all times. Daily Care: Attend to childrens basic needs including feeding, dressing, and diapering (if necessary). Educational Activities: Plan and implement educational and recreational activities that promote physical, social, and intellectual development. Health and Hygiene: Ensure children's health and hygiene by maintaining cleanliness, managing nap times, and encouraging good personal hygiene. Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks according to dietary guidelines and any specific dietary needs. Transportation: Transport children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and playdates. Homework Assistance: Provide support with homework and school assignments as needed. Communication: Communicate effectively with parents regarding their childrens activities, progress, and any concerns. Emergency Response: Handle emergencies calmly and effectively, following established protocols. Household Tasks: Perform light housekeeping duties related to child care, such as cleaning up after meals and organizing toys. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Early childhood education or related training is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in child care or early childhood education. Skills: Strong understanding of child development stages. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. First aid and CPR certification (often required). Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus. Work Environment: Work Hours: Flexible hours, may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
