Job Description
looking for a Chief Specialist - Talent Planning & Acquisition department for a client based in Dubai:
- Must have Master's/Bachelor in Software engineering / information systems / business Administration / human resources
- Must have minimum 10 years of experience in the field
- Must have digital transformation and automation experience
- Must have a good background in the HR field and sector , must work hand in hand in developing or implementing digital services systems to improve and enhance the authorities use
- Communicate with relevant organizational units in the Authority
- Coordinate with Smart Dubai to ensure the application and activation of the HR systems are in the best way possible.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED39,000.00 - AED45,000.00 per month
Education:
• Master's (Preferred)
Experience:
• information technology: 10 years (Preferred)
• digital transformation: 10 years (Preferred)
• integrated human resources systems: 10 years (Preferred)
• HR policies and procedures: 10 years (Preferred)
Language:
• English (Preferred)
• Arabic (Preferred)
