They are in pursuit of a dynamic Chief Sales Officer to architect their sales strategies and amplify platform adoption across the market.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
  • Lead a high-performing sales team, setting quotas and ensuring team members meet or exceed them.
  • Engage with major clients and stakeholders, strengthening partnerships.
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics, deriving insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure aligned strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies, adjusting sales tactics as necessary.
  • Identify and tap into new market segments, expanding the platform\'s user base.
  • Drive sales training and development programs, ensuring the team\'s skills are up-to-date.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within the SaaS or logistics industries.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
