The company is a small, lean, dynamic, and rapidly growing boutique real estate brokerage based in the heart of Dubai. We are dedicated to providing exceptional service and expertise to our clients in the real estate market. As a start-up company, we seek a young, highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Chief Operations Officer (COO).

Job Summary:

The Chief Operations Officer (COO) will play a critical role in the growth and success of our company. Reporting directly to the CEO and owner, the COO will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas. This role will involve recruiting, hiring, and training all staff from the time of appointment and developing and implementing operational strategies to support the company's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.

- Recruit, hire, and train staff to build a strong and capable team.

- Collaborate with the CEO to set and achieve company goals and objectives.

- Monitor and analyze operational performance, making improvements as necessary.

- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations and standards.

- Manage budgets and resources to optimize operational performance.

- Foster a positive and productive work environment.

- Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and industry events.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (MBA preferred).

- Proven experience in a senior operational role, preferably within the real estate industry.

- A proven record in strong sales ability and training would be an asset.

- Strong leadership and management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to develop and implement effective operational strategies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Knowledge of local and international real estate markets and regulations.

- Ideal candidates are between the ages of 35 & 45, and though we welcome anyone to apply, preference will be given to female candidates.

Salary:

As a start-up company, we offer a competitive salary range of AED 15,000 - AED 20,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, performance-based bonuses and profit share options will become available after the 6 month probationary period.
