Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
- Collaborate with the management and HOD team to develop and implement the company's strategic
objectives.
- Lead operational planning to support long-term growth and profitability.
- Provide input on market trends and competitive insights to shape business direction.
2. Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all business units, including sales, customer service, underwriting, and
claims management.
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and improve service delivery.
- Lead initiatives to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve the client experience.
3. Sales & Growth
- Partner with sales leadership to drive business development efforts and expand client base.
- Ensure alignment between operations and sales teams to achieve revenue and growth targets.
4. Risk & Compliance
- Ensure all operations comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards and
ethical guidelines.
- Oversee risk management programs to identify and mitigate operational risks, including insurance-related
risks.
- Maintain strong relationships with regulators and auditors.
5. Technology & Innovation
- Drive the adoption of technology to improve efficiency, enhance data analytics capabilities, and offer better
client solutions.
- Oversee the implementation of insurance brokerage management software and ensure systems are aligned
with operational needs.
6. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead and mentor department heads and operational teams to ensure high performance and professional
growth.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and innovation.
- Lead efforts to attract, retain, and develop top talent in the industry.
7. Financial Management
- Collaborate with the CFO to monitor financial performance, optimize operating expenses, and support
profitability goals.

- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Drive operational initiatives to improve margins and control costs.
8. Client Relations
- Ensure client satisfaction through efficient, high-quality service delivery.
- Address escalated client issues and resolve complex claims or service concerns.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, insurers, and stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree
preferred.
- CII qualified Preferred.
- Minimum of 15 + years of leadership experience in the insurance or financial services sector.
- He or she should be minimum 45 years but not more than 55.
-Proven track record in operations management, with experience in a brokerage or insurance-related
organization.
- Deep understanding of the insurance industry, including regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on mentoring and development.
- Analytical: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Communication: Superior interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with insurance management systems and the ability to drive technology
improvements.
- Compliance Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of insurance regulations and risk management practices.
