Job Overview:

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee all daily operations, ensuring seamless implementation of company strategies, efficiency, and growth. The COO will be responsible for executing the CEO's vision, managing business development, and maintaining operational excellence in line with the brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

Supervise daily operations across branches and workshop, ensuring adherence to quality and service standards.

Optimize processes and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.

2. Strategic Planning:

Support in formulating and executing strategic goals for business growth and operational expansion.

Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.

3. Financial Oversight:

Manage financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet profitability targets.

4. Team Leadership:

Lead and mentor teams, establishing performance metrics and driving a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

5. Customer Experience and Quality Assurance:

Ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and quality assurance across all services.

6. Marketing and Brand Management:

Collaborate with marketing to maintain and enhance brand presence and reputation.

Requirements:

Proven experience in senior management or executive roles.

Strong background in operations, finance, and strategic planning.

Ability to lead large teams and drive organizational change.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. MBA

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
