Job Description

As part of the CEO's office, you will serve as a key strategic partner to the CEO, providing high-impact insights, decision support, and executive positioning to drive the organization's strategic agenda. The role involves conducting in-depth research, shaping strategic initiatives, and ensuring the CEO is equipped with the intelligence needed to lead effectively in both internal and external forums..
  • Conduct comprehensive strategic research and analysis to inform executive decision-making and long-term planning.
  • Develop high-quality briefing materials, reports, and insights to ensure the CEO is well-prepared for critical discussions, stakeholder engagements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
  • Provide executive-level decision support by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that impact the business.
  • Enhance the CEO's positioning by collaborating with communication teams to shape messaging for key forums, events, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Establish a structured approach to tracking and assessing strategic initiatives, ensuring timely execution and impact measurement.
  • Act as a key interface between the CEO's office and senior leadership, streamlining communication and ensuring alignment on strategic priorities.
Directly support the CEO with research-driven decision-making.Work with senior leaders to drive key initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • 6 - 8 years of experience in strategy consulting, executive advisory, or a similar role from a top tier consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Proven ability to synthesise complex information into actionable insights.
  • Experience engaging with senior executives and high-level stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and executive-level materials.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and drive high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be a UAE National.
