Job Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to provide strategic support and assistance to the executive leadership team. The Office Manager will play a crucial role in driving organizational goals, managing key initiatives, and ensuring effective communication and coordination across departments. This position requires exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Candidate will be expected to travel to US, UK and Asia. Must have Middle East and UHNW experience.Responsibilities:1. Strategic Planning and Execution:. Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and execute strategic initiatives and operational plans.. Monitor progress on key projects, identify potential roadblocks, and propose solutions to ensure timely and successful completion.. Conduct research, analyze data, and provide insights to support informed decision-making.2. Communication and Coordination:. Act as a liaison between the executive leadership team, departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and coordination.. Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other relevant materials for meetings and facilitate follow-up actions.. Foster a culture of collaboration and information sharing across the organization.3. Operational Efficiency:. Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency, working closely with department heads to implement best practices.. Streamline workflows, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance productivity and performance.. Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to the executive leadership team.4. Project Management:. Oversee and manage critical projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.. Define project scopes, goals, and deliverables, and establish project plans, budgets, and resource allocation.. Monitor project progress, mitigate risks, and ensure successful project completion.5. Leadership Support:. Provide direct support to the executive leadership team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of briefing materials.. Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other communication materials.. Conduct research and analysis on emerging trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities.Requirements:. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).. Proven experience in a similar leadership or strategic support role.. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.. Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.. High level of discretion and confidentiality..
