Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Permanent Chief Marketing Officer(CMO) for our client\'s packaging business. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in the marketing and packaging industries with proven depths of understanding and experience in sales and marketing. The CMO is required to advance the company\xe2\x80\x99s brand\xe2\x80\x99s awareness to drive impactful, results-driven sales initiatives in the flexible plastics, rigid plastics and cartons packaging sectors. The CMO will collaborate and coordinate with the Sales Director, other senior management and marketing team members internally as well as external stakeholders. Requirements: \xe2\x80\xa2 5-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 of proven experience in a senior marketing and/or sales role within the packaging industry \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in working with cross-functional teams and establishing a positive atmosphere to ensure goals are achieved \xe2\x80\xa2 Business acumen, entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mind-set, and an emphasis on execution and results \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong interpersonal skills for networking, relationship building and key stakeholder management \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrable track record of driving sales initiatives with a focus on ROI and growth \xe2\x80\xa2 Marketing qualifications are preferred \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, economics Ideal Candidate: The right candidate for the role should have experience in leading/managing a sales team toward the achievement of objectives.
