Lead marketing campaigns from the idea stage through to their execution and implementation.
Stay up to date with the latest trends in the cryptocurrency market, as well as marketing and advertising best practices.
Drive the digital marketing strategy, including content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and email marketing, with a focus on analytics and ROI.
Work closely with the sales team to develop a seamless customer journey and drive revenue growth.
Oversee the company's brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
Establish and manage the marketing budget to ensure effective spend and cost controls.
Develop and manage key marketing partnerships and relationships with external agencies, vendors, and influencers within the blockchain and crypto community.
Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
Create and maintain a robust measurement system for tracking the success of marketing initiatives, providing the Management with regular reports.
Guide the marketing team, direct brand strategy, and lead innovative initiatives to achieve business goals.
Leverage customer insights to guide the development of new products or services.
Requirements
Proven experience as Chief Marketing Officer or similar role with a focus on digital marketing, preferably in the cryptocurrency or technology sectors.
Minimum 10+ years of experience, with atleast 4+ years of experience in the related field.
Understanding of and experience with market research, data analysis, and using customer insights for brand strategy development.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, and social media strategy specifically suited for the cryptocurrency audience.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies successfully.
Experience in managing marketing budgets and applying marketing resources effectively.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to set clear priorities, delegate, and guide investment in people and systems.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience with SEO/SEM campaigns, content marketing, and social media management.
Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced and change-driven environment.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced marketing qualifications highly regarded.
