Key Responsibilities:

Develop the strategy for IT infrastructure so that it is consistent strategic direction and ensures IT Infrastructure services are provided to an international standard. Create the budget for IT Infrastructure in line with the budget on IT. Create policies and procedures and ensure they are implemented across so that there is consistency in the use and development of IT Infrastructure services. Operate IT infrastructure solutions and manage and execute day oversee Infrastructure Technology management and ensure its maintenance regularly; and Oversee datacenter management of IT, day operational activities in line with defined policies, processes, and service level agreements. Maintain and update the operations of the IT systems according to the best international standards. Plan Business Continuity and Diverse Infrastructure technology management and ensure its maintenance regularly; and Oversee datacenter management of IT. Recovery for the IT Infrastructure function. Manage and maintain the system performance at high levels and report any potential or existing threats or imbalances. Implement appropriate level of Business Continuity Management measures for counteracting interruptions to business activities. Ensure compliance of Outsourced Software/Hardware and manage IT software licenses. Manage and maintain data storage and backup systems. Oversee Infrastructure technology management and ensure its maintenance regularly; and Oversee datacenter management of IT.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience. 15 years of experience working in IT operations Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
