- Oversees and monitors the Group\'s financial position, activities, capital structure, and compliance with covenants to banks and third parties, including hedging arrangements where relevant.
- Collaborates with banks to manage daily operations and ensure effective management and control of working capital lines.
- Manages interest rate risk by continuously exploring improved market prices and presenting new competitive banking relationships to the board.
- Reviews, manages, and establishes internal systems, processes, and procedures as necessary to uphold the integrity, accuracy, compliance, and usefulness of financial information and reporting.
- Keeps the Board informed about the group\'s finances and recommends annual operating plans and budgets aligned with the long-term strategy, incorporating both macro and microeconomic factors.
- Requirements:
- Position Title: Chief Financial Officer
- Employment Type: Full Time
- Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
- Job Location: Dubai, UAE
- 45 years old and below
- At least 7 years of relevant UAE experience as a Head of Finance or CFO in the manufacturing industry
