The Role

Chief Financial Officer Salary 95-110,000 AED Per Month Established Long term client of NSR is seeking a strong Chief Financial Officer. Our Client o Well Established Group of Companies (Main & Sub-contractors) o Long Term Business we have dealt with for 10 Years o Hiring Manager we have known for 12 Years o Based 10 Minutes Drive from Business Bay in Central Dubai Key Responsibilities: o Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth objectives. o Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. o Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. o Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team. o Collaborate with senior management to drive business performance and strategic initiatives.



Requirements

Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, ideally within the construction industry - Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices. o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills o Exceptional leadership and communication abilities o A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA are highly desirable o Prior UAE Experience o Able to start employment before the 1st of July 2025 absolute latest Benefits o A Monthly Salary Range of 95-110,000 AED Per Month o Bonus - Short & Long Term Incentives o Full Family Medical & Life Cover This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a robust financial acumen and a passion for driving construction business to success.
