Position: Senior Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Competitive Salary Package: Starting from AED 40,000 + per month (negotiable based on experience and qualifications).

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to manage and oversee our financial operations. In this role, you will ensure compliance with all accounting regulations, maintain financial records, and provide valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making. Your expertise will be crucial in supporting our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily accounting operations, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of financial transactions.
• Prepare, review, and maintain financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Provide strategic financial analysis and insights to senior management, supporting key business decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and systems.
• Assist with audits and regulatory reporting as required.

Requirements:

• Qualification: ACCA, ICAS, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience leading in accounting and finance, preferably within investment or financial services.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial data in a clear and concise manner.
• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus, but not essential).

Key Responsibilities:

• ??Financial Strategy & Leadership: Lead the financial strategy and vision of the company, aligning financial goals with the business's overall strategy.
• ??Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Provide executive management with insights on financial performance and recommendations for improvements.
• ??Risk Management: Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure financial health and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• ??Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, tax, and financial reporting.
• ??Capital Management & Fundraising: Manage relationships with investors, lenders, and stakeholders. Lead capital raising efforts and monitor cash flow to ensure financial liquidity.
• ??Regulatory Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with financial regulations, standards, and best practices. Prepare and present financial statements and reports for stakeholders, including the board of directors.
