The Role

Role: Mandarin / Chinese Speaking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Our client is a Forex Broker with offices in Dubai & Asia and regulatory licences in the UAE and Australia. They are expanding quickly and now require and experienced CFD Reporting to the CEO the CFO will have day-to-day impact and responsibility for the Groups financial operations and reporting responsibilities to regulators and federal tax authorities. o Work with senior managers to efficiently develop budget proposals, provide access to project finance information, and ensure contract/grant compliance and reporting o Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, and identify areas for cost & process enhancement o Perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investments, and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives o Monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, management team, and rest of company o Manage finance personnel and oversee financial IT systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities (ex: Financial Accounting Standards Board, Internal Revenue Service, o Required skills and qualifications o Mandarin Chinese Speaker (mandatory) o Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles o Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity o Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills o Understanding of advanced accounting, regulatory issues, and tax planning



Requirements

Skills and qualifications o Mandarin/ Chinese Speaker o Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, business accounting, or finance o International finance experience within financial services o Executive experience with SaaS business models and their associated revenue recognition o Professional certification (Certified Public Accountant) o Understanding of Forex and Derivative Trading
