The Role
: ? Oversees and monitors the Group\'s financial position, activities, capital structure, and compliance with covenants to banks and third parties, including hedging arrangements where relevant. ? Collaborates with banks to manage daily operations and ensure effective management and control of working capital lines. ? Manages interest rate risk by continuously exploring improved market prices and presenting new competitive banking relationships to the board. ? Reviews, manages, and establishes internal systems, processes, and procedures as necessary to uphold the integrity, accuracy, compliance, and usefulness of financial information and reporting. ? Keeps the Board informed about the group\'s finances and recommends annual operating plans and budgets aligned with the long-term strategy, incorporating both macro and microeconomic factors.
