Position Overview:

As the CFO, you will be an essential strategic partner to the CEO and Board, entrusted with delivering financial leadership, shaping our long-term financial strategy, ensuring robust governance, and driving exceptional financial performance across all business units. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing multi-sector financial operations, with a strong focus on capital structuring, risk management, and technology-driven financial optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership:

Develop and implement long-term financial strategies that align with the Group's growth and diversification objectives. Collaborate with the executive leadership team to influence business strategies based on financial insights and analytics.

Financial Operations & Compliance:

Oversee comprehensive financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, treasury, taxation, reporting, and compliance. Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, international accounting standards, and corporate governance frameworks.

Capital Management & Fundraising:

Design and maintain optimal capital structures to support expansion plans. Lead negotiations with financial institutions, investors, and stakeholders to secure funding, manage debt, and enhance investor relations.

Risk Management & Controls:

Implement proactive financial risk management frameworks, internal controls, and audit processes. Oversee financial due diligence, legal compliance, and enterprise risk assessments.

Digital & Process Transformation:

Spearhead digital transformation efforts within the finance function by leveraging AI, automation, and ERP systems for enhanced efficiency and data-driven decision-making. Continuously identify opportunities to innovate and streamline financial processes for scalability and cost efficiency.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Growth:

Guide financial modeling, valuations, and integration strategies for M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships. Evaluate and execute investment opportunities to maximize shareholder value.

Team Leadership:

Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team across diverse sectors. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and operational excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

Chartered Accountant (CA) / CPA / ACCA with 20+ years of progressive experience, including at least 8 years in a CFO or senior financial leadership role. Proven expertise across diverse sectors, particularly in Real Estate, F&B, Facility Management, Hospitality, or Services. Demonstrated success in financial modeling, capital raising, M&A activities, and complex budget management. Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory frameworks, IFRS standards, and international finance operations. Experience leading finance digitalization initiatives (ERP, AI, automation) and implementing cost optimization strategies. Strategic thinker with operational expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to partner effectively with business stakeholders. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle) is highly desirable.
