Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our growing crypto/fintech company in Dubai. The CFO will play a key strategic role in the financial planning and decision-making process. This individual will manage all financial aspects, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop financial strategies that support the company's rapid growth and innovation in the crypto and fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and oversee the company's overall financial strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate goals in the fast-paced crypto/fintech space.
• Financial Reporting & Analysis:

Oversee all financial reporting, including balance sheets, P&L statements, cash flow reports, and budget forecasts. Provide strategic insights to the CEO and Board of Directors based on financial analysis.

• Risk Management & Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, including any crypto-related regulatory frameworks. Oversee risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial risks.Optimize the company's treasury and cash flow management, ensuring adequate funding for operations, growth, and investments in new ventures.Lead interactions with current and potential investors, preparing financial presentations and reports. Manage capital raises, M&A activities, and relationships with venture capital and institutional investors.Oversee management of the company's crypto assets, including secure storage, valuation, and financial integration of digital currencies into corporate accounts.Lead and mentor the finance team, driving financial performance, operational efficiency, and collaboration with other departments (e.g., business development, product teams).Implement and improve financial processes, systems, and controls to ensure operational efficiency and accuracy of reporting. Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's/MBA preferred).
• Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or ACCA is highly desirable.
• 8-10+ years of proven experience in financial leadership, preferably within the crypto, fintech, or financial services sectors .
• In-depth understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency , and fintech business models.
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and global compliance frameworks, especially related to digital assets.
• Proven track record in capital raising, investor relations , and managing financial strategies in a high-growth environment.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
