Bin Harmal is Hiring: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

We are looking for an experienced and accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our team at Bin Harmal . The ideal candidate must have 15+ years of experience in the MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) industry, and must have held a Director-level position in finance at a top-tier company.

As the CFO , you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, driving strategic growth, and ensuring the financial stability of the company. You will collaborate closely with senior management to make critical financial decisions that shape the future of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy & Leadership:
• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in line with the business goals.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to optimize business performance.

Financial Reporting & Compliance:

• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with local and international standards (IFRS/GAAP).
• Oversee financial audits, tax planning, and risk management.

Operational Finance:

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to support the company's operational needs.
• Oversee project financing, cost control, and budget management for large-scale MEP projects.

Team Leadership:

• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and leadership.
• Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the finance department.
