Job Description

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

MBA or CPA is highly desirable.

At least 10-15 years of progressively responsible financial experience.

Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role in a similar organization.

Strong knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.

Experience in strategic planning and execution.

Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

In-depth knowledge of corporate financial principles and best practices.

Requirements

Oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and financial statements.

Manage the company's financial planning and strategy.

Conduct financial risk management activities and financial performance analysis.

Develop and implement the company's annual budget and financial planning processes.

Monitor and manage the company's financial performance against the budget.

Provide financial forecasting and strategic planning recommendations to the executive team

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to stakeholders, including the Board of Directors, investors, and regulatory bodies.

Oversee internal and external audits and compliance with financial regulations and standards.
