The preferred candidate for this role would have amassed good experience working at an Executive level with any of the top real estate developers in the GCC region. Position Overview: The CEO will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the company, setting the strategic direction, and ensuring operational excellence across all facets of the business. This role is suited for a visionary leader with a track record of achieving sustainable profitability and growth, particularly within emerging markets. The CEO will be the driving force behind our mission, fostering a culture of innovation, and leading our team towards achieving our ambitious goals. The main purpose of the CEO's job is to lead the entire company according to the long-term mission, vision, values, and objectives set by the Board of Directors and yearly drive the company based on the approved budget.
