About Us:
Al Bader Exchange, a UAE Central Bank-licensed financial institution, is committed to delivering secure and reliable financial services while maintaining strict adherence to all regulatory requirements. We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) to join our team for immediate hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with UAE Central Bank regulations, Anti-Money Laundering (AML) guidelines, and all other applicable local and international financial laws.
• Lead and manage the compliance team to implement and enforce compliance policies and frameworks.
• Monitor and review all financial transactions and activities to prevent fraud, money laundering, and other financial crimes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact with regulatory authorities, including the UAE Central Bank, and oversee timely submission of reports and audits.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, compliance audits, and develop strategies to mitigate compliance risks.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure the company's policies and procedures are in alignment with current laws.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance standards and regulations.
• Support the management in decision-making by advising on compliance-related matters.

Requirements:

• Valid experience in compliance roles, preferably in exchange houses or financial institutions licensed by the UAE Central Bank.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Central Bank regulations, AML laws, and international financial compliance standards.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a compliance team.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, law, business administration, or a related field (Professional certifications such as CAMS or ICA are preferred).
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Immediate availability for joining is a must.
