Strong knowledge of financial products, especially real estate valuation and asset-backed financing.
Established network in UAE's banking sector, including senior executives and decision-makers.

Strategic Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with commercial banks, investment banks, and other financial institutions. Additionally, tap into opportunities with real estate developers and family groups to ensure business growth and high-value contracts.
Immediate Business Development: Identify and capitalize on opportunities within your existing banking network to generate new revenue streams quickly. You are expected to tap into your contacts to initiate immediate business deals.
Tailored Solutions for Banks: Work closely with financial institutions to provide customized real estate valuation services that align with their needs, whether for loan underwriting, asset financing, or mortgage-backed securities.
Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for newly acquired bank clients. Drive synergy between the valuation, finance, and legal teams to meet client expectations.
