We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to lead our business expansion efforts within the real estate valuation sector. The ideal candidate will have strong professional connections in the banking industry and with real estate developers in the UAE. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and Implement Growth Strategies: Design and execute business development strategies that target banks, financial institutions, family groups and real estate developers to grow the company's client base and revenue.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Leverage existing relationships and establish new connections within the banking and real estate sectors to secure valuation contracts and partnerships. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, maintaining and strengthening relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, trends, and client needs.Analyze competitor activities and market trends to ensure the company's offerings remain competitive.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the valuation, marketing sales team, and legal teams to ensure client requirements are met in a timely and professional manner. Provide feedback and insights to the leadership team on market trends and client needs to shape service offerings.
Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients and partners. Negotiate contracts, ensuring that the terms are beneficial to both the company and the client.
Sales and Revenue Targets: Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets set by the management. Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients to ensure consistent business growth.
Networking and Industry Events: Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to increase visibility and business prospects.
Maintaing relationships with key clients: Manageing serice-level agreement (SLA's) with banks, responsding to queries, onboarding new clients and negotaiting fees.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor / master's degree equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Proven 7-10 years experience as a Chief Business Officer / Business Development Manager in the real estate valuation, real estate developers and corporate banking industry.
• Strong professional network within the UAE's banking industry, insurance industry, real estate developers and real estate audit and mortageg firms.
• In-depth knowledge of the real estate valuation process, industry standards, and regulations.
• Experience working with both commercial and residential real estate developers.
• Knowledge of local and regional real estate markets and trends in the UAE.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services related to property and asset valuations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED15,000.00 per month
