Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and well-connected Chief Business Officer (CBO) to drive new business and secure high-value contracts within the banking and financial services industry. The ideal candidate will leverage a robust network in the UAE's banking sector to acquire clients, particularly for real estate valuation and asset-backed financing services. This role requires a results-oriented leader capable of generating immediate revenue through established relationships with key decision-makers in banking and finance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Bank Client Acquisition: Leverage existing relationships with key decision-makers in the banking sector to secure new clients quickly, focusing on contracts for real estate valuation, asset-backed lending, and mortgage valuation services.
• Strategic Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong partnerships with commercial and investment banks, financial institutions, real estate developers, and family groups to support business growth and secure high-value contracts.
• Immediate Business Development: Identify and act on opportunities within your existing banking network to generate new revenue streams quickly upon joining.
• Tailored Solutions for Banks: Work closely with financial institutions to provide customized real estate valuation services aligned with their needs, including loan underwriting, asset financing, and mortgage-backed securities.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for newly acquired clients, coordinating efforts across valuation, finance, and legal departments.
• Target-Driven Growth: Achieve aggressive revenue and client acquisition targets from the banking sector, significantly contributing to the company's growth objectives.
• Industry Networking: Represent the company actively at finance and banking events to expand the client base and enhance market presence within the financial services industry.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Master's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing.
• 10-15 years of experience in commercial or corporate banking, specializing in relationship management and business development.
• Proven ability to deliver bank clients and close high-value contracts quickly upon joining.
• Strong knowledge of financial products, particularly in real estate valuation and asset-backed financing.
• A substantial network within the UAE's banking sector, including senior executives and decision-makers in both commercial and corporate banking.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with a track record of closing high-value deals.
• Ability to work independently and achieve immediate, measurable results.
