We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chief Architect to lead our development team and drive our technical vision forward.

Job Summary: The Chief Architect will play a critical role in shaping the technical direction of the company. This individual will lead a small team of around 10 developers, ensuring that our projects are designed and built to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software architecture, e Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure software architectures.

Code Quality: Ensure best practices in coding standards, testing, and documentation are followed by the development team.

Innovation: Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for new features and improvements in our products and processes.

Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing guidance and support to the team as needed.

Project Oversight: Manage the technical aspects of projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and leadership to the development team, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals.

Technology Evaluation: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and methodologies to enhance our development processes.

Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, present technical solutions, and provide updates on project progress.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: At least 8-10 years of experience in software development, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or architectural role.

Technical Expertise: Extensive experience with software architecture, design patterns, and development methodologies. Proficiency in Node JS and React JS.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, with strong project management skills.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.xcellent leadership skills, and a passion for innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
