Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. . Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a minimum of 2 years in a start-up environment. . Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
