Chief Accountant Roles & Responsibility:-ensuring the financial health of an organization through accurate reporting, compliance, and strategicfinancial planning.-deep understanding of accounting principles,-ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.-Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards-Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.-Oversee the maintenance of the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.-Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.-Establish and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting.-Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.-Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns.-Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors as necessary.-Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.-Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.-Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
