JOB DESCRIPTION

Lead the annual budgeting process and create financial forecasts, monitoring variances and recommending corrective actions as necessary.
Manage and optimize cash flow, including working capital, investments, and debt financing.
Independently closing the books and preparing for audit.
Preparation of Management report and presentation to the Board.
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
Expert knowledge in managing working capital including bank facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or Master\'s degree required.
CA (intermidiete) or ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) or equivalent certification preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible finance and accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a Managerial role.
Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in handling different softwares.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
