Job Description
Looking for professional Chief Accountant with minimum 5 plus years of experience in Real Estate or hospitality sector, who is responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting, i.e. developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.Requirements for the role: Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels including people management, leadership and both written & verbal communication skills.

Salary: Market standard
- CPA or Min Degree in Accounting/Finance/ACCA qualification
- Min 5 year\'s relevant experience in financial & management accounting preferably in a real estate company.
- Relevant experience in audit and costing is an advantage.
- Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact at all levels.
- Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
- Able to work independently and highly meticulous.
- Working experience in ERP is highly regarded.
