PARIS GROUP is looking for Chief Accountant !

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the accounting department.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate and oversee the annual audit process with external auditors.
• Manage the preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Provide financial analysis and guidance to senior management to support strategic decision-making.
• Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships to ensure adequate funds are available to meet business needs.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting and tax regulations and best practices to ensure the company remains compliant and competitive.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Certified Accountant (CPA/CA/CMA) designation.
• Experience working in a senior accounting or finance role in a large organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
• Fluent in English.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
